Job description

• Provide exceptional barbering services to clients, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and hairstyling.
• Offer personalized grooming advice and recommendations based on clients' hair and facial hair types.
• Maintain a clean and organized barber station, sterilizing tools and equipment regularly.
• Stay updated on current hairstyles, trends, and grooming techniques.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional barber.
• Proficient in various barbering techniques and hairstyles.
• Strong knowledge of hair and facial hair types, as well as grooming products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creativity and ability to adapt to clients' preferences.
• High level of professionalism and personal grooming.
