Job Title: Client Experience Intern

Location: Lagos

Reports To: Client Experience Manager

Main Purpose of Position

• We seek a Client Experience Intern to play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a positive and memorable experience.
• The Intern will also work closely with our Client Services team and gain exposure to various aspects of client relationship management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Client Support: Assist in providing exceptional support to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Client Communication: Collaborate with the Client Services team to communicate important updates, product information, and promotions to clients through various channels, including email and phone.
• Data Analysis: Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving the client experience.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all interactions and communications are properly documented in our CRM system.
• Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
• Assist in Events: Participate in the planning and execution of client events or webinars.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
• Aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data.
• Eagerness to learn and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheet, Slide).
