Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of telemarketing representatives, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
Set clear sales targets, performance goals, and KPIs for the team, driving them to achieve and exceed sales objectives:
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to enhance the team's selling skills and product knowledge.
Develop and execute telemarketing strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and expand our customer base.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns and enhanced sales conversion.
Plan and implement telemarketing campaigns aligned with the company's sales and marketing objectives. Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Ensure that telemarketing representatives adhere to compliance and quality standards in all customer interactions.Regularly review call recordings to provide constructive feedback and maintain service excellence.
Track and analyse telemarketing KPIs and sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Maximize lead conversion rates through effective follow-up and customer engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Proven experience of at least 3 -5 years as a Telemarketing Manager or similar role as a call centre manager, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful telemarketing campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of telemarketing techniques, compliance regulations, and best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Results-oriented and proactive in driving sales growth and performance improvement.
