Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties and services.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Understand their unique preferences and provide personalized guidance to enhance our brand reputation
• Collaborate closely with our sales team and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Your expertise in marketing will be integral to driing successful sales campaigns and maximizing property visibility.
• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
• Research and develop a marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
• Develop content of marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
• Manage and allocate budget correctly

Qualifications

• OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive-level marketing roles, preferably in the Real Estate, Insurance or Banking Industry.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of real estate marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• The ability to drive with a valid driver's licence will be an added advantage.
