Job Description

• We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.
• As the first point of contact, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our client’s experiences, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• You will work in a friendly but fast-paced environment where each day poses a new exciting challenge.
• We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, has excellent communication skills, and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure our clients are happy.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat support
• Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Identifying opportunities to up-sell or introduce Boomkit products to customers
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude with clients
• Meeting customer service levels and metrics as outlined by the company

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and empathetic manner
• A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for helping customers.
