Job Description

• The experienced Marketing Communications / Brand Manager will be responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company.
• This individual will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Lead creative content development, advertising, marketing collateral, experiential marketing and public relations activities.
• Develop and execute a clear content strategy that drives engagement across multiple platforms.
• Drive strategic business goals through unique customer insight, through analysis of customer base and under lifestyle trends
• Develop and track marketing budgets, activities and results.
• Manage all administrative tasks associated with the department
• Measure the success of various marketing campaigns.
• Execute the company’s brand message and strategy.
• Take responsibility for amplifying the company's brand to new and existing audiences.

Educational Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, brand marketing, digital, social, advertising or related field
• Experience navigating media databases and platforms.
• Established experience creating content marketing and ad operations.Ability to target, drive lead generationand execute integrated campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills with prior experience creatingblog posts, social media, content, campaign creative, internaland/or externalnewsletters.
• Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
