Kudos to the scholarship awarding companies but I have some cases to present to them. They are as follows.
(1) What happend to HND holders or is PGD not a post graduate programme?
(2) Why is Agric & Bio-resources not included in the Engineering courses outlined or have they forgotten that crude oil they deal with is a bio product and or soil and water management option of ABE should be given opportunity to participate to help in solving the problem of soil and water pollution which the exploration work pose to the environment.
Thanks for anticipated cooperation.

Sir, the issue of this discrimination between university graduate and polytechnic graduate is becoming too bad and very hard to bear. All HND holders have feel cheated which can easily result jelousness and enemity. Sir, as a matter of fact if HND is not equal with BSc then WHY should they equate HND and BSc graduate to serve the NATION at the same time. I suggest if there is any gap between them, it should bridge by imroving the polytechnic syllabus period in order to avoid discrimination and inequality. Please there shoud be favourable consideration for HND in recruitment and in such scholarship award in the subsequent opportunitis to come as they are fellow Nigerians. Thanks, long live NNPC/Esso, long live Nigeria and God bless Nigeria.

please i want to ask 'does it mean that only candidates who made first class and second class-upper in their degree are the best'? please i sugest that the opportunity should be given to everybody has reached that level. in case you dont know, IT IS A THING OF PRACTICAL AND NOT A THING OF CERTIFICATE. thank you

Much as I feel the pain of all the contributors on this, I am also of the opinion that all recruiters and scholarship awarding bodies have a right to the choice of their catchment courses/degrees and should be well respected.
I am also aware that provisions have been and will always be made to cater for all parties but it's about timing and what is currently needed in line with the company's strategic personnel requirement and CSR. Just be on the look out and all the best.

Indeed the scholarship program is a laudable exercise. However, the limitation to certain science based courses give the impression that other courses are not relevant or important.it is my submission, therefore, that future scholarship program should be more encompassing and inclusive.
