Mulitbond Ventures Limited is a subsidary of Bond Group of Companies (Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Carton & Paper converters, Bakery, Hotel and Hospitality).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Store Officer

Location: Ring Road, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

• Preparation of purchase order, receive and storing of stocks in line with company’s guidelines.
• Carry out daily reconciliation of stocks both physically and on the system.
• Carry out periodic age analysis of stocks and report to the management on the state of stocks especially those near expiry date.
• Carry out regular stock/inventory reconciliation to avoid stock out.
• Ensure proper arrangement of store to prevent damages, theft
• Adequate keeping of inventory records e.t.c.

Academic Qualification and Skills

• HND / B.Sc in Purchasing and Supply or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in the same capacity.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask
• Attention to details and good record management.
• High level of integrity.
• Good organization skills.
• Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.
