Job Description
Staff Performance Analysts will be responsible for optimizing the business insights that support teams in order to increase efficiencies and drive business outcomes. This position is ideal for candidates that enjoy being the connector between data and people and has an affinity for both.
Job Responsibilities
Manage a team of analysts focused on accurate, real-time visibility of team performance
Provide full performance management service including providing support and analysis to senior management groups.
Work with functional leads to define key performance measurements for each function within the organization.
Ensure a coherent framework for performance management in line with corporate objectives and targets.
Create accurate reports and dashboards for organizations to gain insights into their performance and key drivers within different teams.
Lead monthly and quarterly Business Reviews for the organization to provide actionable insights to stakeholders with data-driven recommendations for improved performance
Hold weekly professional development sessions, with clients to develop performance incentive programs and compensation planning that targets increases in productivity
Develop, implement, and maintain measures of organizational performance online, with organizational performance
Proactively partner and collaborate with various external stakeholders to enhance their data infrastructure for reporting across various data sources.
Automate and streamline processes that improve data collection in our various tools, creation of modeling & forecasting tools, and other analytical tools that support the organization and its strategic initiatives.
Undertake analysis and suggest recommendations to drive improvements in performance.
Provide data to inform the Strategic Planning Cycle and devise the performance report framework for subsequent delivery plans.
Present statistical performance analysis and recommend solutions.
Train and provide ongoing support to business users regarding the data and reports
Job Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Human Resources or related field.
A minimum of 3+ years of People Management required
Deep understanding of performance metrics/KPIs coupled with superior communication skills, both oral and written; understanding the "why" and "how" of data to be able to tell the story behind it.
Adept at change management and aligning multiple stakeholders on a unified vision.
Deep understanding and experience with creating performance reports and dashboards
Experience in project management, strong relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
Strict attention to detail and skilled at prioritizing work and capable of managing your time independently.
Ms. Excel/Google Sheets skills and working with HR software and tools.
Result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.
