Job Title: Electrical Technician

Position Summary
Accountabilities:

• Routine Maintenance operations as per the Preventive maintenance plan
• Support for SOPs, related to Electrical maintenance.
• Support the training need related to Electrical operations
• Support the Qualification and Validation of processes, facilities, and equipment in Electrical
• Monitoring the Safety conditions and corrective/preventive actions
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management

Job Responsibilities

• Execution of Scheduled Preventive maintenance as per timelines.
• Critical Spare list and safety stock shall be maintained at any point in time.
• Monitor and maintain records for scheduled, preventive and breakdown
• Mechanical maintenance.
• Coordinate with the cross-functional team for addressing deviations
• Prepare breakdowns and downtimes, to identify the root cause and implement the CAPA to avoid the recurrence.
• Ability to understand written and oral instructions and comply with directives.
• Other Duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering / ITI Electrical
• 5 to 8 years minimum of experience in Distillery / Sugar /Manufacturing.
