-Can somebody please explain to me the rationale behind sending the applicants to some offices to pick up application forms when the organizers could have easily made the forms available on-line. We are in the 21st century (era of information technology), in effect, applicants should not be subjected to travel long distances in order to obtain application forms.
-Can someone please tell me how the organizers of this recruitment process could maximize and ensure that the best candidates are captured, when they have already created a barrier which has automatically eliminated some potential candidates from applying?
-One would think that as this is a federal recruitment, the category of people required should be given a fair and equitable opportunity to apply by making the application forms easily accessible on-line.

Why disperaty in class of degree? Instead any class of degree that that can that can perform well. After all degree is degree, if other class of degree such as third class and pass are not important why do universities award them.
