Locations: Ikeja / Apapa - Lagos, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Warri - Delta

Job Description

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring plans are within budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Resolve problems and issues that may arise, include both technical and contractual.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for review.
• Ensure project is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering and Building Technology.
• 6 - 10 yeers work experience.
• Proven experience in Steel fabrication & erection and building construction project.
• COREN registered and/or any other relevant certification.
• Good knowledge of the use of various software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Staad Pro, Scale, Orion, etc.
• Minimum of 6 years working experience.
• Detail-oriented and good management skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team with the right attitude.
