BluNet Internet Solutions Limited is an ISP (internet service provider) company. Our products range from sales and installation of hardware devices such as CPE, Outdoor radio, fiber, to IOT(Smoke detector, water gauge, gas gauge, fire alarm, door sensors, etc). We also provide internet services to individual and corporate client, properties developer, malls, SMEs for both retail and enterprise.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Perform site technical surveys for the deployment of outdoor microwave radios
• Deployment of Retail/Enterprise services in accordance with the quality, standards, and specifications.
• Perform repairs, troubleshooting and general maintenance on all LTE routers/radios/ equipments and installations including BTS
• Perform repairs, troubleshooting and general maintenance on all 3g/4g type routers/radios/ equipments and installations including BTS
• Development of and adherence to standard operating procedures for deploying all our Retail/Enterprise products and services.
• Liaising with the backend team to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints within applicable time limits.
• Ensuring proactive monitoring of all services to deliver 99.9% availability.
• Ensuring that revisit of sites deployed within 6-months are kept to bare minimum.
• Provide proactive technical solutions on all escalated network issues.
• Ensure 90% implementation of the annual maintenance plan.
• Collaborate with Customer care team to ensure all resolvable issues (within control) are resolved within the specified SLA.

Job Skills / Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of an OND educational qualification.
• Basic knowledge of Networking.
• Installation skills to include radio setup, alignment, and configuration.
• Excellent understanding of cabling, cable crimping and general Wiring.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
