We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the functionality of electrical equipment which includes pumps, motors, VFDs, control systems, and components such as magnetic contactors, control relays, overload relays, power supply, UPS, push buttons, control transformers, timers, heaters, etch.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults of motors, control system, wirings and power system, and machine electrical faults.
• Conducts testing of motor health conditions such as insulation resistance testing, stator coil resistance testing, the line to ground resistance testing.
• Read and analyze electrical data and schematic diagrams of an electrical control system.
• Laying out and installation of electrical wiring, cable trays, panels, switches, and power boxes.
• Calculation of basic electrical design such as motor protection sizing (i.e. circuit breaker rating, overload relay ratings, fuses ratings. Also cable and wirings size or ampacity. 
• Repairing and assembling of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and machine electrical and mechanical parts.
• Use of electrical testing instruments such as multi-tester, clamp-ammeter, and insulation resistance tester.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the annual preventive maintenance plan and accomplish the checklist and each task in a careful, neat, and correct manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills in assembling different motor controls logic sequence such as Direct On Line starter, Forward- Reverse (manual and automatic), Start-Delta, Automatic float level control, etc.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly
