Job Title: Advisor, Learning & Talent Management
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
The Advisor, Learning and Talent contract will be for a 3 month period. The job responsibilities include:
To provide support and advisory services with respect to talent development and career management.
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing the marketing, intake, eligibility and enrolment procedures and systems for Education Programmes.
Responsible for providing academic and career advice to staff pursuing or planning to pursue academic or professional programs through the Accredited Learning
Role Complexity:
Extract value from what we already have by focusing on optimizing processes within the Unit/Department in line with the value creation philosophy. This includes individual contributions and recommendations to improve existing business project/initiative.
Drive Innovation by identifying and taking advantage of new business opportunities, e.g., by stimulating and encouraging new business opportunities, launch of products, product/process innovation, business model innovation etc.
Maintain leadership in the ICT/Digital industry by collaborating with Partners to improve their processes, which in turn will improve the efficiency of business operations.
Enhance/expand business’ role in the larger national macro environment by participating in CSR projects and/or NGO’s, involvement in recognized professional institutions, participating in think-tank activities etc.
Sustain the right organizational culture and behaviors by demonstrating the vital behaviors every time.
Overall Objective
Anticipates problems and proffers solutions before the problems occur by gathering and analyzing data.
Demonstrates the purpose of the business in response to situations/cases/customers
Ensures that standards are met
Incorporates supervisory area of work

Operational meetings
Respond to emails etc.

Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a First Degree in any related discipline.
3 – 7 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience working with others in a medium organization
Fluent in English.
