Why is it so difficult for an average Nigerian graduate to secure a better job in a Federal Govt;level regardless of their grades?Sometimes I sees all the Federal Government job advert but feels reluctant to apply as a result of God Fatherism influence that politicians are using to share jobs.

NAFDAC recruitment is a big nonsense. They should tell the nation/Nigerians the criteria for their selection. Those that are qualified were not invited. Where did they get those that they are inviting. I know very soon, all these mess will be swiftly and strictly addressed. I think EFCC and ICPC should investigate on the procedure of NAFDAC recruitment.
