Job Title: Regional Activation and Channel Execution Manager

Job Summary

• To Co-ordinate and drive excellent execution of category and channel fundamentals across all relevant points of purchase within assigned geography, towards optimising the full potential of our brands and product portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the channel picture of success for each category across the regions
• Continuously review the effectiveness of our In-store activities and provide timely feedback to make improvements
• Manage channel merchandising operations and ensure delivery of KPIs by merchandising agency across the regions
• Manage and optimise channel visibility & POSM execution spend
• Lead and deliver sales drivers execution by channel/category for the region
• Coach and support sales reps. and merchandisers to ensure excellent and consistent execution across all channels/ retail environments within the regions

Requirements

• First Degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, many of these to be in Sales or Marketing and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs,
• Experience in Channel/ Shopper marketing and Field Sales management
• Demonstrated success in a number of current and previous roles.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
• Ability to inspire colleagues and associates
