Figow Oil Integrated Limited is an Oil and Gas Servicing Company in Port Harcourt majorly into the services of well intervention activities such as Surface Well testing, Pumping, Well head Maintenance, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Well Test Supervisor (EWT / EPF)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Purpose / Brief
Well Test Supervisor (EWT/EPF) assist in overseeing effective operating procedures across a company. Assist in reviewing company documents to make inferences about factors like communication or productivity. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
• Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
• Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for equipment selection, preparation, and maintenance equipment.
• Responsible for the whole operation on site.
• Attend to any emergency during day and night operation.
• Supervised the whole crew in the execution of their responsibilities.
• Ensure that the data and report submitted to the client are of good quality.
• Ensure data measurement and recording equipment devices are calibrated as at when due.
• Send report daily to the well test manager and Operation Manager and report all failures and abnormalities to the well test manager and operations Manager within 30 mins from the hour of occurrence.
• Accountable for the crew and equipment while on location. However, should hold the chief/lead/operator responsible for not reporting failures and abnormalities.
• Operate the separator and metering devices except otherwise hand over to competent personnel but should take responsibility example operation of Daniel orifice meter and opening of well.
• Carryout operation in an environmentally friendly way.
• Maintain standard procedures and not compromise procedures.
• Direct and supervised DAQ and all administrative documentations.
• Ensure there is always good housekeeping.
• Report to well test manager except otherwise to operation manager/management when the need arises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• 3+ years senior leadership role in the appropriate field
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Be a team player
• Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
• Experience with budget and business plan development
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity
• Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings
• Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM)
• Specialized knowledge thorough various kinds of office software, organization, time management, Proficient with computers and other standard office technology., Superior organizational and communication skills., Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.

• SAP enterprise resource planning software
• Experience of lean manufacture, Kanban and kaizen continuous improvement or similar production tools within a low volume, high quality manufacturing facility would be an advantage.
