Overview

• We are looking for a Social Media Executive that will manage our social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction
• You will work with other cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
• Your duties may also include training new employees and maintaining open communication with other departments during the design process.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Produce a consistent brand message across all social media channels.
• Coordinate social media messages and promote company blog.
• Develop engaging social media strategies.
• Respond to any mentions overall social media platforms.
• Research and analyze social media trends, including social media Ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
• Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
• Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
• Plan marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
• Monitor.
• Structure behavioral aspects of potential customers.
• Engage followers with regular company updates.
• Monitoring social media Metrics and ROI.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Maintain a database of all login credentials.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

• 4+ years of proven work experience in social media marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing (Photo, video, text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Social networking experience and a strong understanding of knowledge of social analytics tools and platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid adverts.
• A keen eye for details.

Nice to Have:

• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, SEO, etc.
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• A flexible and engaging writing style.
• Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
• Outstanding brand awareness experience.
• Ability to write catchy content.
