SkillHat is a global training institute. We teach skills, and knowledge based courses, designed to help motivated individuals get into technology companies, or get promotions. Some of our courses include Business Analysis, Scrum, and Project Management. We provide end-to-end career support for students from onboarding, to training, career development and job support. Our courses are streamed online, with live instructors, with students attending from around the globe join virtually.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing & Communications Lead

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Part-time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing campaigns including strategy, budget, schedule and content for all our courses
• Configure CRM, including automation.
• Generate program leads via content, partner networking, social media and advertising.
• Design marketing artefacts such as course brochures, flyers and banners.
• Develop landing pages.
• Implement SEO strategy.
• Create content for Social media (Instagram, Linked-in).
• Develop marketing automation.
• Update web pages.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience leading content marketing, and managing ad spend
• Great written & oral communications skills
• Intermediate marketing analytics skills.

Nice to Have:

• Post-graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

Other Requirements:

• This role is 100% remote.
• The individual hired will work on his/ her own time.
• You will own your Laptop computer and must have access to an internet connection.
