Ascentech Services Limited - Our client, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Answering the telephone, scheduling, rescheduling or cancelling appointments and sending emails or other correspondence.
• Welcome and greet patients and their families to the facility and obtain the reason for their visit to direct them to where they need to go.
• Register patients, write reports and maintain patient medical reports, as well.
• Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
• Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
• Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
• Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
• Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND / Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist is a must.
• Ability to multitask
• Should have basic account knowledge.
