National Agricultural Foundation of Nigeria - A fast growing company involved in integrated farming comprising crops, dairy, flour milling and horticulture has employment opportunities for the following positions: -
1.) Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Main Purpose of the Job:
Ensure effective and efficient operation of the organization and reports to the board of directors through the Group Chairman.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Production Planning and scheduling
Managing on-going process and production capability improvement
Agree on delivery timetables with the Board and staff
Train internal employees
Develop annual budgets and targets
Responsible for all disciplinary matters for all staff
Investigate and manage all internal grievances
Manage, develop and motivate teams to achieve corporate objectives
Qualifications:
A minimum of a university degree or equivalent in agriculture or related fields and relevant work experience of at least 5-20 years in similar role.
2.) Horticulture Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Develop Production budgets and targets
Direct and Manage operations to achieve set targets
Develop review administrative. purchasing and clerical procedures after determine operational needs
Manage cross-functional relationships with other department.
Provide expertise, leadership to his subordinates and technical support to and under the Project manager
Qualifications:
A minimum of first degree or equivalent in agronomy, Crop Production or related field with relevant work experience of at least 5-10 years in similar role.

I am an agriculturist, graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Agronomy/Crop Science with 18 years experience working with the Development Concerned Institutions in the Philippines as will as in the Middle East.
