1.)  CTSR01: Computer Technical Support Representative (Technical Support  / Help Desk)

Contract:   Permanent position (Local)
Location:    Port Harcourt, Yenegoa, Asaba, Benin, Igbokoda(Ondo State), Aba, Uyo, Calabar, Abuja, Owerri
Interview will take place in:  Port-Harcourt
Starting date:   Immediately
Salary:   According to profiled experience

Job Description
  • As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first line of support for our users, helping them get back to productivity as quickly as possible.
  • The issues you encounter will relate to Network, communications (email, phone system, etc), hardware, or issues with any of the company supported software that employees use to be productive day to day.
  • You will need to be proficient in solving problems in a mixed environment, including Windows, Macintosh, and Linux and be able to apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures. 
  • Escalate complex problems to the Remote Support Engineering staff or Field Engineers within the organization.
  • The users you support will vary widely, from Engineering and Tech Ops, to Marketing and Sales.
  • The successful candidate will enjoy interacting with all types of people and business units to help them be productive.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor help desk queue and respond in a timely manner
  • Work with employees to diagnose and resolve hardware, software and networking issues
  • Keep thorough documentation regarding your work and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions
  • Quickly identify and escalate urgent problems through the proper channels
  • Be proactive about communicating or pushing solutions to users before problems can become wider issues
  • Inventory new equipments
  • Image machines for new employees
  • Assist in special projects as needed
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
  • You will be working as part of a busy Helpdesk providing remote support to a large user environment and therefore suitable candidates will need to possess experience in  working with; MS Windows XP, Vista, 7, MS Windows Server 2003 and 2008, MS Office and MS Outlook.
  • The ideal candidate should be at least A+ certified and any other IT certification including MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, MCP, MCTS, CCNA. Any experience of working within an ITIL environment would be highly advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly developed analytical and trouble-shooting skills
  • Experience in administering Windows machines in an Active Directory environment
  • Macintosh admin experience and familiarity with iOS, Android, and Blackberry troubleshooting and administration is an added advantage
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills (know how to “ping”, “traceroute”, “nslookup”, etc and what the resulting output means
Education:
HND or BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years experience in an IT environment.


2.)  DBA02: Database Administrator (DBA) SQL and Oracle


Contract: Permanent position (Local)
Location: Nigeria – Port Harcourt.
Interview will take place in:Port-Harcourt
Starting date: Immediately
Salary: According to profiled experience

Job Description
  • The role of the DBA will involve providing database expertise and support to core production and support systems.
  • You will be expected to Design, Implement and provide administrative and routine maintenance to SQL and Oracle databases to ensure their constant availability.
  • You will be expected to monitor the performance and plan accordingly along with ensuring the security and creating backups of the database.
  • Further responsibilities will include the generation of management reporting using T-SQL, MS Access and Crystal Reports whilst ensuring any changes is well documented and an audit trail can be followed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • The ideal individual will be an experienced DBA and have an in-depth knowledge and experience in MS-SQL  2005 / 2008 and Oracle 10g/11g.
  • Further knowledge of MS Server 2003 / 2008 is also required along with experience of MS Analysis Services & MS Reporting Services. Additional experience of T-SQL, MS Access & Crystal Reports would also be of benefit.
  • You will be expected to prioritize and organize your own work-load and have good problem solving skills.
  • As you will be working in a team environment, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
Education
HND or BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years experience in a database-enabled IT environment. Must be an Oracle or Microsoft Certified Database Administrator.


3.)  ACC03: Accountant

Contract: Permanent position (Local)
Location: Nigeria – Port Harcourt.
Interview will take place in:Port-Harcourt
Starting date: Immediately
Salary: According to profiled experience

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
  • Prepare financial management reports
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
  • Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
  • Monitor and support taxation issues
  • Develop and maintain financial data bases
  • Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
  • Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
  • Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
Education
HND/Bsc in Accountancy or Banking and Finance. Professional Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a similar capacity.


4.)  MAE04: Marketing Executive


Contract: Permanent position (Local)
Location: Nigeria – Port Harcourt.
Interview will take place in:Port-Harcourt
Starting date:Immediately
Salary: According to profiled experience

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Identify business growth opportunities within Port Harcourt and Environs
  • Be conversant with business environment in Port Harcourt
  • Achieve business sales and marketing target
  • Execute and maintain good customer relationships
  • Be resident in Port Harcourt /environs
  • Should have a good flare for marketing with good personality
Education
They should possess a Bsc, BA or HND degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Previous marketing experience is important.


5.)  ADMA05: Administrative Officer


Contract: Permanent position (Local)
Location: Nigeria – Port Harcourt.
Interview will take place in:Port-Harcourt
Starting date: Immediately
Salary: According to profiled experience

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the administrative functions and systems of the company
  • Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Liase with all department and subsidiaries to promote projects, sales, and programmes  as they become relevant
  • Have a high ability to adapt to marketing in an IT environment.
  • Implement and supervise approved office and technology systems
  • Ensure all administrative processes are efficient and reliable particularly ensuring the accuracy of each process and that each is fully documented.
  • Implement and take part in  project based tasks such as General meetings, etc.
  • Liaise and communicate with team management/departmental managers to ensure the proper running of the department.
  • In addition there would be duties that company may assign to you to carry out from time to time.
Education
  • A good first degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields from a recognized institution. Professional Marketing or IT Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Possess an ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a similar capacity.


6.)  PITT06: IT Trainer (Cisco and Microsoft Technologies)

Contract: Permanent position (Local)
Location: Nigeria – Port Harcourt
Interview will take place in:Port-Harcourt
Starting date: Immediately
Salary: According to profiled experience

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for delivering both in-house and off-site training on Cisco courses (CCNA, CCNP and CCIE) or Microsoft Courses (MCSE and MCITP) based on your qualification and competence.
  • You will also assist the training Manager in planning and developing existing and available courses and directed by management.
Education
HND or BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields, and must possess either a CCNP, MCSE, MCITP or MCSA Certification.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a similar capacity.


7.)  MAE04: Sales Executive

Contract: Permanent position (Local)
Location: Nigeria – Port Harcourt.
Interview will take place in:Port-Harcourt
Starting date:Immediately
Salary:According to profiled experience

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Achieve business sales and marketing target
  • Execute and maintain good customer relationships
  • Meet sales target
  • Interact with clients at sales point
  • Keeping inventory of client details and follow up.
The ideal candidate must:
  • Be resident in Port Harcourt /environs
  • Should have a good flare for marketing with good personality
  • Be conversant with business environment in Port Harcourt
  • Possess excellent customer relationship skills.
Education
They should possess a BSc, BA, HND or OND in Marketing or Business Administration.  Knowledge or previous working experience in an IT environment will be an added advantage.

I am an Oracle and Microsoft certified DBA. I work in NIIT as a Sun Java, Linux + Oracle 11g and PMP Faculty. I really think that I'm qualify for you second job posting for a DBA.
