Newdege Finance is a Fintech Company that renders financial services in terms of Loans. Our Products are: Palmcredit, Easybuy, Newcredit, X-cross etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ogba, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description / Requirements

• Open and maintain accounts by recording account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
• Determining the cause of the problem, Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
• Updating account information
• Receiving calls and attending to customers complain and also proffering adequate solution
• Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.
• Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 1 year work experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
