This is pathetic and unholy in a country like Nigeria where we have high rate of unemployment. Anyway, we just hope that God will deliver hands from the hands of egocentric, self centered and Carlos Nigerians that feel there have got to the highest pedestal............GOD HELP US AMEN.

When people that answer ACCESS is using a BLOCKADE we are all finished!!!!!!!!!. Age disparity should be reasonable say @28-30. For BSc & HND thing is a share wickedness and visionless on the part of the employers in all sectors. A level playing ground should rather be the solution to whatever one may think that is the reason. Am 32 not yet employed but I graduated @ 28 since then age has been my problem (but not now again). For reasons we all know, youths needs to be treated well in a country they call theirs if not they may grow to revenge, who knows….

It quiet unfortunate that, this people can stil use age as a criteria for the employment 4 the youth.how do you expect person that suffer before he got addmission 2 higher institution to fall with in that range.it is high time we say the truth to ourselve.what of those that are above that age no work 4 them,so how do you want to curb forgery, corruption and fraudulent in this country.what kind of job opportunity is this.it only God that can provide work 4 us here in nigeria without any age barrier..
Thanks

Maybe you have your reasons for taking maximum of 24years, but have you take a proper look at it? It is not the best decision.

You employers, Consultants and H.R.Managers are causing problems in this country. In Nigerian situation of University admission problems, even exceptional students do not secure admission on time. What criteria did you use to arrive at age 24 limit? So ages 25 - 29 are already useless,no matter how brilliant they are? Don't worry, you Access Bank management, your Consultants as well as your advisers shall surely taste of this discrimination, and of course with your generations yet unborn.

Is a Pity that one found himself in a country like Nigeria. THis country is not save for any graduate b'cos everybpdy is living on lies. Everyone had to lie while filing the NYSC mobilisation form and after ur service yr u still had to lie to secure a job becouse of age limite. Our employers of labore should know that, that age is not possible this country Nigeria and becouse of this, the should not expect the best from any one that apply for a job with that age. This is becouse those who apply are lying. there is no sincerity in Nigeria. IS A PITY THAT ONE FOUND HIMSELF IN THIS COUNTRY CALLED NIGERIA
any are not even allow to serve even when the lied, is really not save for us in this country. Is a Pity

Is a shame that Access Bank will be asking for maximum age of 24 when we have billions of unemployed qulified graduates between the ages of 27-30 roaming the streets of nigeria desperately in need of what to do. well, is obvious they are laughing at our unemployment situation and the unemployed graduates of this country. I certainly believe that God will judge them.

Professor Wole Soyinka said and i quote "one begins to wonder if it is a great misfortune to be from this part of the world". Can we Nigerian Youths just be courageous enough at least for once to challenge these neo-colonialists just like our founding fathers did during the event that led to the Independence of our nation. I will suggest that we make a pronouncement through the internet on June 12 to strategise comprehensively on how we are going to challenge the 1percent idiots holding our destiny for a ransome.Dont forget they are now getting successful in dynastifying their family linen at the detriment of the rest of us
