For God's sake, this is the root cause of corruption and fraud in Nigeria, expecting a univeristy graduate from a federal univeristy to still be age 24.In essence, employers are just willing to recruit inferior hands.Just go ahead with this malpractices and God will judge all of you employers.

This preference for 24 years old and below is unfair and unreasonable with the realities on ground in this country. Why not do like NYSC which takes 30 years old and below as active youth age? I think it's time to change this age requirement.

this job posting is not fit into the Nigeria labour market. With the trend of unemployment for a very long time. The age bracket of most job seekers are far above 24yrs, even with 2.1. So what do you expect and interested candidate to do? Something should be done, if this great organisation of yours want to contribute its quota into menace of unemployment in the country or worsen the situation by this kind of job post.

Dear employer, it is very unfortunate dat d labour mkt has turn 2 a different thing entirely. Pple r out there willing & ready 2 work & u r here putting dis kind of condition dat wud be favourable 2 u pple. Both Government and private owned establishments in this country have severally encouraged FRAUD and Corruption in our youths and in the land. You see someone who physically you know should be over 40 years but, his paper suggests that he is 23. He was born in 1988, finished his primary school in 1992 (when he was 4). He completed his secondary education in 1997 (@ age 9). He graduated with 2.1 in Methoreology 2002 (age 14), served in 2003. Now he has 7 years working experience and is due for employment at a higher rank than the fresh graduate. You who will say the truth about your age and all your other certifications, you have a long way to go. And untill God delivers you, the system seems against the truth. But, I'll remain truthful even in Nigeria. In God's own time He makes ALL THINGS BEAUTIFUL. I cannot be a liar just to get a job. God Forbit in deed!

Only God will save student from the hand of corrupt and selfish people in our dear country because i dont see how you can recruit babies to do an adult job in the banking industry no wonder we have fraudsters in the bank today, you want only graduate for fed, state and private universities so the HND holder should go to supermarkets, lawma, lastma, road safety etc no wonder when you university graduate falls in the hands of all these frustrated HND’S that they deal with us without mercy. Is high time we changed our notion towards these set of students and have mercy on them instead of discriminating. At least there parent manage to send them to were they can afford please for heaven sake respect HND for once and let them feel like a graduate. I was on the road for 5 years before i could see a respective organisation to employee me and i want to believe that thousands are still outside there looking for something to do. The earlier our banks realise the negative implications of their age and certificate (degree/hnd)disparities, the better for them and our society because they suppose to give a level playing ground to everybdy if they really want to pick the best, especially now that grades of certificates are for sale.I want to let them know that these days THE HOOD DOES NOT MAKE THE MONK.
