I want 2 appreciates consulting firms & other advertising agencies 4 d gud job they are doing but one thing i'm not comfortable with is d issue of asking applicants 2 pay a certain amount b4 applying 4 a job.this in most cases is not a guaranty 2 geting d job.i suggest we have feelings 4 one another.A lot of our graduates do not have money 2 even post applications not 2 talk of paying 4 a job they are not sure of.if u assist someone in security a job on d ground dat u'll take a certain percentage of his first salary,i think it's better.

Do not be deceived! Any Organization that is asking for payment of certain amount before applying for a position is a sham! No REPUTABLE organization will ask applicants to pay fees.
