Haulage and Logistics Nigeria - Our client in the Automotive industry is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Personnel

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
Perform any related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Must possess a minimum of Bachelor of Law (LL.B) (Second Class degree) from a reputable university and fulfilled the requisite call to bar.
Must possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in practice with knowledge and experience in corporate commercial law, company secretarial and compliance services
Outstanding communication skills
