Job Description
The Talent Development & Engagement Manager will handle the learning and professional development of our organisation’s workforce.
S/he will be responsible for equipping staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.
The TD & E Manager will provide guidance and direction on the design and execution of all capability development programs, develop a robust evaluation process and access each development program to ascertain effectiveness
Key aspects of role holders’ responsibilities will be organizational capability development, career path planning, succession planning, talent review, employee engagement
The TD & E Manager will also be responsible for ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfil their potentials within the organization. S/he will be required to be strategic rather than reactive, assessing the skills and knowledge within the organization and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.
A degree from any related course with at least 8 years cognate practical experience
Understands latest trend in capability development and capacity building
Certification in training would be an advantage (A certified trainer)
Strong business awareness combined with solid HR expertise
Proven experience in managing people and senior stakeholders
Proven track record of delivering results in an establishment of comparable size, scope and complexity
English proficiency.
