Job Title: Operations Support Officer

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

The Operations Support Officer will handle deliveries and logistics including managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Fill and pack orders received from the customer support team
Unpack boxes and sort products appropriately
Ensure customers orders are delivered timely
Monitor stock levels and notifies the Business Director when stock is low
Conducts daily stock count
Ensure accuracy in goods received from the suppliers and orders made by company
Ensure inventory is processed into the software
Ensure goods returned are recorded in the system
Receive products from suppliers
Arrange items on the shelves
Assigns tags, SKUs, etc to items

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess OND qualification
1 year’s experience as an operations assistant or similar role is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

Highly analytical, driven and focused.
High level of professionalism;
Networking, prospecting and persuasion skills with the ability to identify the needs and challenges of clients.
Basic knowledge of accounting
Must have a positive and respectful attitude
Strong selling skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must have sound judgment
Must pay great attention to detail
Must be service-minded.
Must present herself and act in a manner that is appropriate in order to protect the organization’s image and reputation at all times.

Work Conditions:

May be required to work overtime

Salary
N30,000/Month
