We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Responsible for the day to day supervision of retail outlet, including sales, staff and stock and resources management
• Identifies current and future customers requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirement
• Ensure availability of merchandise and services by working closely with suppliers; maintaining inventories
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Create new strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profit

Requirements

• Must be resident on the Island
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a retail environment in a supervisory role (ideally a supermarket)
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
