The Agency is offering Business Process Outsourcing Certification Training Programmes.
CAPACITY BUILDING IN BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING (BPO) 2014
Description
Business Process Outsourcing is globally reckoned with as a revolutionary phenomenon to generate employment without prior working experience and this industry is extremely relevant to Nigerian Youths.
The training is in three (3) modules namely:
Certified Customer Interaction Professional (CCIP).
Certified Back Office Service Associate (CBSA).
Certified Financial Process Associate (CFPA).
Qualification Requirements
OND, HND or B.Sc in any discipline with a minimum grade of either Lower Credit or Second Class Lower.
1.) Interested applicants should apply by clicking the "Apply" link on the page. 2.) Candidates are advised to ensure that active contact phone number(s) and email addresses are stated in the application. 3.) Originals of the following documents should be scanned and uploaded:
Recent Passport Photograph.
OND, HND or B.Sc Certificate.
Birth Certificate.
LGA Identification letter.
Aptitude Test:
Shortlisted candidates will be required to write a computer based test (CBT) at a later date.
All notifications will be sent through SMS and email to shortlisted candidates.

I am also experience the same problem too in step 6,after i successfuly uploaded my document i discovered that h couldn't move to step 6 any longer ,upload error was displayed on the screen

At step 6, you are required to convert your scanned certificate, LG Identification and the remaining one to a PDF format. If you need help doing this contact me at [email protected]. I will help you convert it to the size they want also. Goodluck

I just finished applying now and i submitted mine successfully.
NOTE: if you are uploading your certificate in jpg, png, gif format note that it wont work. You need to convert them to PDF within 3mb. If you need my help, then call me on 08037332963.
