Job Title: Project Director

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate assigned projects.
Lead or support proposals/bid activities.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
Support various company’s strategic planning and reviews.
Brand representation.
Identify and contact new project partners for project expansion.
Recommend and design projects that fit into Company objectives.
Produce project management plans, budget planning, execute, and review the plans as developed throughout the project life cycle.
Establish in collaboration with the Managing Director, the project governance and the overall project implementation and monitoring plans including their interdependencies.
Manage project budget, schedules, scope, and quality then ensure efficient utilization of the project resources.

Requirements

First Degree in Project Management or other related field.
MBA or M.Sc. in Project Management or Business Administration.
Professional Certification e.g. PMP, PRINCE2P etc.
Minimum of 12 years work experience of which 6 should be in a senior management position.
A work experience in Successful record of delivering various Company projects.
Excellent writing and budgeting skills.
Excellent grasp of writing tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). Google Docs, Adobe PDF etc.
Excellent slides design and presentation skills.
Intermediate graphics design and editing skills.

Key Performance Indicators:

Cycle Time for a project
On-Time Completion Percentage
Number of time Spent on Project
Number of adjustments to the schedule completion date of Project
Planned Hours vs. time spent on project
Resource Capacity
Resource Conflict year over year
Submission of Project progress report.
