We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Abuja

Job Functions

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Manage large amounts of incoming calls, Social media messages
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Resolve customer complaints via phone or social media platforms
Take key information and other pertinent information
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Sell products and services online
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: HND/BSc
Experience Level: Minimum of 1 year.
