A new internationally funded project to advance advocacy in child and family health in Nigeria has vacancy for highly motivated MPH and Health Economics graduates to join the project team in the position below:

Job Title: Technical Officer

Location: Abuja-FCT with 10% travel to states.
Slot: 2 Openings

Job Description

• The Technical Officer (2 posts) will provide technical oversight and supportive supervision to sub-grantee NGOs in the areas of - project management of health policy advocacy interventions; M&E and Documentation;
• Organizational development of the implementing NGO; and participate in the review of activity budgets.

Requirements
Qualified candidates must:

• Have a strong knowledge of Nigerian child and family health policies and health systems
• Hold a Masters Degree in Public Health (1 position)
• Hold a Masters Degree in Health Economics (1 position)
• Have experience working in the non-profit sector as an NGO employee or development program manager
• Have a passion for Research, M&E
• Medical Doctors with community health experience are encouraged to apply
• Also required are- excellent English language writing skills; ability to work in a time-sensitive work environment; be detail-oriented with an ability to maintain accurate records and information within an established system.
