Job Title: Human Resource Management Trainee

Job Descriptons
As a Human Resource Management Trainee at LLM Careers, you will support the Office by using your trainings, experience and some understanding of the contractual, legislative and competitive market landscape to contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of the goals and objectives of the company.
The role will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department on all personnel matters. The successful candidate will be required to assists with the day-to-day Administration, Marketing and Revenue operations of this duties.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination and supervision of all LLM HR functions including Revenue, Marketing and Admin
Assist in managing recruitment, screening, interviewing and placement of applicants for the specified positions
Contributing to staff and paralegal recruiting efforts, working closely with the Talent Management team.
Providing additional support to the department where required and at the direction of the HR Manager
Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers
Promoting and leading general benefits, wellness and diversity/inclusion of LLM programs
Maintaining and developing relationships with key departments in the firm, within designated organizations and globally to ensure a best in class HR service is being done
Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on firm policies, procedure and best practice.
Ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures and local laws and regulations as required
Acting as a positive role model to HR team to encourage a collaborative and inspirational work environment
Provide and follow up on each LLM department daily and weekly report
Performs other duties as required
Competency/Skill/Requirements
Bachelors’ degree in appropriate fields including Law, HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration and so on
Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures
Knowledge of HR functions pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development
A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
HR certification will be an added advantage
A willingness to travel and work extra-hours and weekends as situation demands
An interest in working with people especially in the legal and contractual career space
Be confident about gathering facts and making financial calculations
The ability to work as part of a team
The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
