Coscharis Mobility Limited (CML) - Our client, with exponential growth plans in Nigeria, are seeking the services of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit Control Officer

Reference No: CMO7
Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt-Rivers

Summary

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel and Word)
Ability to work under pressure.
Good in Calculation.
Analytical Skill.
Excellent communication skill(oral/writing)
Proficiency in the Use of Accounting Software/Enterprise Resource Planing (ERP)

Responsibilities

Management of Office Imprest.
Prompt Retirement of money spent to avoid being out of cash.
Disbursement of cash/cheques to vendors.
Duplication and Documentation of all vouchers sent to Head Office.
Following up with Head.Office to ensure prompt payment of reimbursements and vendors bills.
Duplication and documentation of cheques received from Head Office.
Lodgements of customers/fuel reimbursement cheques.
Filing of tellers/deposit slips for lodgements made.
Preparation of weekly cash.position report.
Preparation of and update I.O.U list.
Handling upload of overtime and other necessary payments on Union 1/Autopay platform.

Requirements

HND/B.Sc in Finance, Accounting or any other related course.
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.
