Workforce Group – Our client, is currently headhunting for a suitable candidate to fill the role below:

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Reports to: Practice Oversight Consultant

Job Summary

The Head of Marketing will need to provide full marketing services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Set specific marketing goals
Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
Analyze sales and marketing metrics
Forecast market trends
Research market to identify new opportunities
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our services
Establish a strong, long-term web presence
Lead commercialization of firm in partnership with legal staff
Execute against annual budget and 3-year plan
Lead service development jointly with Practice Area experts (content) and a Technical Manager ( I.T); provide regular updates
Lead service management activities, marketing and client development support

Job Requirements

HND or BSc in Marketing or other related field.
3-5 years’ related work experience.
Not more than 31years of age.
Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Understanding of web design

Remuneration
Attractive Basic pay with HMO and Pension
