Job Title: Online Sales Consultant and Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Online Sales Consultant and Analyst is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information and delightful customer service throughout the sales process.
This position will be selling the company’s products and services.
They will provide product and payment options to customers and ensure the customer receives a premium experience with personalized attention.

Essential Functions and Duties
Area of Responsibility:

Facilitate online sales regionally and nationally via the website and all other customer touch points
Educate customers on products available and navigate them through available payment options
Process credit applications and assist in getting approvals when necessary
Follow up with all aspects of each sale until the products are delivered to the customer’s home and customer is fully satisfied
Well versed and comfortable with the computer and other sales systems
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate suggestions and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior successful experience working in sales
Minimum 2years Experience working in finance or consumer lending industry with Proficient credit analysis knowledge
B.Sc Holder or equivalent.
Not more than 27years
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized. Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
