We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage business relation with existing customer base while prospecting new customer
• Resolving customer complaints/needs
• Direct selling, ensuring availability and visibility of products in all retail outlets
• Provide customer support services in such a way as to promote customer satisfaction and motivation
• Effective monitoring of market practices by retailers to ensure compliance with sales policy guidelines and agreed selling prices
• Carry out qualitative and quantitative market survey
• Accurate and timely information dissemination and reports- administration
• Effective implementation of trade and consumer promotional activities
• Preparation of districts' sales forecast and periodic reviews at sales objectives
• Distribution and use of POS materials
• Organize trade fairs and trade market activities
• Build and sustaining strong customer relationships

Qualifications/Experience

• B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
• 3+ years experience in sales & distribution role
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Environmental/Industry analysis
• Relevant professional certification - Membership of Nigeria Institute of Marketing is an advantage

Competence Requirements:

• Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to plan, monitor and coordinate effectively
• Excellent presentation skills
• Team player and good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to working at multiple locations
• Good negotiation skills
