My problem with the Nigerian govt is that the same people that are expected to get employed spend a lot of money looking for job which at the end of the day they done get it, those who get are either from the families of those responssible for the employment, who sre not even qualified and those who pay and may not even perform in those offices. It is one thing for the Federal to have good plan for employment, but it is another thing for that plan to work well.my prayer is that may God interven so that many nigerian youths will smile

Hmmmm! Nigeria! People, especially the young ones are fast loosing trust in everything in this nation- based on their unpalatable experiences. Which way Nigeria! What has become the faith of the people about their fate (future) in this nation? What fruitful plan to meet the increasing demographic figures in the Nation! Do we really consider to practice and follow the concept and context of our National Anthem (first and second stanza)
However, "que sera sera". I know one day, it shall be well. Arise, Oh Lord and remember us for good. Favour the helpless, lift our heads above the waters of the "swimmers" in this nation. Settle us in our own estate-because you are the only "connection" that we have. Delay no more Lord! To the fellow Nigerian youths; just be occupied and resort not to lawlessness. It shall be well because it will end well one day. Keep trying and trusting God!!!. God bless Nigeria.

fcsc should stop the aptitude test it is a complete waste of time and resources on both sides because they are not using the result for any assessment. Nigeria job is based purely on who you know.

Nig graduates are disgrace to d nation and to universal knowledge they claim they acquired, imagine able person calling his/herself jobless. If Fg, private sector, one man business, yr family cannot provide U with job, why can't U engage yrself and find something to do. And most of them carry high costly phones. Mind U there's something out there U can do with just 20,000 even 10,000. Wake up Nig graduates, U are more than d jobs U seek, if it comes thank God and if it doesn't, continue with d skill in yr head, in yr hand. We are all talented but noone is ready to labour, rather we look for d cheap white colar job.

It will indeed be a wonderful and a welcome development if those who apply are given the opportunity to work if they qualify without the assistance of anybody at the upper echelon of the govt. Many today who are not qualified have always succeeded because of their connections in govt, thereby displacing the serious-minded ones who have and know nobody to help them and that informs why the system has remained in a mess. Should attention be given to this observation, that will show demonstrate seriousness on the part of the govt to fight against corruption.
