Good morning I want to know if it is possible to recharge prepaid meter online without coming to your office. If it is possible then what is the procedure because there is no time for me coming to your office to recharge or top up the prepaid meter. I be so happy if there is provision for this, Thanks.

Good Afternoon, i want to report a case to you. I submitted a form for a new prepayed meter going to 3 months now at one of your branch at 110 odo-ona along àpáta. I gave the form to a man in their customer care called JOSHUA AKINSIPE KAYODE while he asked another guy called DEMOLA to follow me to the house which is at back of Moor Plantation. There's a place that registered electrician have to sign, he said there's one in their office that can do that, that i will have to give him #5,000 and for coming to snap where we are going to put meter am going to give him #2,000, I gave him total amount of 7,000. I was told that the following week we will receive a text which will come with something like a code to make the payment. Till now we have not receive anything of such and anytime i call them all they keep saying is that they are working on it. Please help me out before taking another action entirely. Thanks
