The Millard Fuller Foundation, a housing organisation with international affiliation and located in Masaka (near Abuja), is currently seeking to employ a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Masaka, Nasarawa
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the organisation’s property, vehicles, building, furniture and grounds.
Coordinate maintenance and repair work in MFF.
Delivering timely, cost effective maintenance and improvement of the organisation’s property which includes vehicles, buildings and structures, furniture and fittings, utility services and infrastructure, grounds and gardens.
Maintenance of utility services including water, gas, electricity, sewage, drainage, and garbage disposal.
Responsible for movement, repair and replacement of organisation’s equipment.
Oversee all office building, electrical and mechanical repairs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/HND or higher qualification in any relevant area
At least 7 years of relevant experience
Ability to establish harmonious work-relationships with colleagues in a multicultural environment.
Ability to think strategically and evaluate situations, decisions, issues.
Must be smart and agile
Must have good oral and written communication skills
