We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive/Human Resource Manager

Location: Allen Ave, Ikeja, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

A Human Resource Manager with experience in Business Development
Ability to manage staff welfare
Ensure policies and procedures are developed and implemented.
Ensure legal / regulatory compliance
Must be ready and able to push up sales
Must come up with a business plan to ensure the growth of the organization
In charge of compensation and benefits of staff
Update staff records and information.

Qualifications

1-3 years’ experience in an HR role
B.Sc in Human Resource or other related discipline
Must be business intelligent with an understanding of business development
Possess good interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Membership of professional bodies will be an added advantage
Problem solver and proactive
Excellent use of Microsoft office application

Salary Range
N50,000 - N70,000.
