Organizational Context
This job is found in Maiduguri. At this level, work is carried out under the direct supervision of the Business Transformation and Scope Officer. Job holders work in a team and are expected to produce organised and accurate technical work.
Job Purpose
To deliver standard software and hardware support services, as well as monitoring and maintaining a wide range of information sources, to contribute to the effective delivery of IT services.
Key Accountabilities (Not All-Inclusive)
Support the activities of planning of beneficiary registration.
Participate in the registration of targeted beneficiaries and support hotline feedbacks
Implement the processes and procedures of beneficiary data management including biometrics.
Provide reports and feedbacks on beneficiary management including identified gaps, and challenges in the course of beneficiary registration.
Assist in the management and maintenance of SCOPE registration equipment including printing cards, computers, laptops, mobile and smart phone and mPOS.
Provide retailer support in the operation of mPOS devices.
Identify and report issues faced by beneficiaries in various local markets.
Liaise with local authorities in the organization of the planning of beneficiary registration activities.
Collate date and contribute to the preparation of reports on SCOPE related issues and provide information for better decision-making by stakeholders.
Act as IT Business support and/or IT Helpdesk assistant during the absence of the incumbent
Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by your supervisor.

Standard Minimum Qualifications
Education: Minimum of secondary school education. University Degree in Computer Science, Business Education, Engineering desired.
Language: Fluency in both oral and written communication in English. Understanding of Hausa or any local language will be an added advantage.
