Rachab Hills Poultry Farm was established out of the desire to meet the increasing need and supply gap of chicken meat and egg product in the Nigeria market.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Officer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description

In this role, you will increase productivity, inspire and optimize the company’s market share.
You will have tremendous opportunities to develop innovative policies and campaigns that shape the future of the organization.
Candidates for this role will be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices.

Responsibilities

Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
Help to detail, design and implement marketing plans for Broiler Chicken being offered.
Develop sales strategies for our Broiler Chicken farm.
Answers questions from customers about product benefits.
Maintains excellent relationship with customers through superior customer service.
Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
Creates and presents regular performance reports.
Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
