We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Interior Design Architect

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Basic interior design Assignment and assisting the team in the overall effort to complete each project.
• Maintain accurate file information including dimensions and designs
• Initial research and sourcing of design elements based on project specification.
• Organizing and maintaining an inventory of stock merchandise
• Field measurement
• Assist in product/material pickups and delivery
• Ensure the team is working effectively and keeping to the schedule and budget. This involves reviewing work reports and communicating any need and concern to the team.
• Writing reports to keep the company inform about the status of the project at all times.
• Reviewing accuracy of calculation, estimates, plans and completed reports.
• Maintaining project manual and conduct on-site observation and reviews.
• Attend all construction meetings on behalf of the company.
• Involve in creating designs to meet the company specification, creating and proposing budget and time estimation and acting as an intermediary between the organization and the craftman.
• Preparation of Quotation for prospective client.

Competencies:

• High proficiency in computer usage especially Microsoft suite, sketch up, and 3D studio max.
• Must have knowledge of architectural drawings and project management.
• Experience of generating 3D Impression from Building plan.
• Must be a thinker in concept and actualization.
• Attention to details and prudent in change management
• Ability to create uncommon product and value with initiative and drive.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Must be enterprising
• Must be a team player and tolerant
• Candidate should be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license.
