We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architectural Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Assist with production of planning application packages, Design and Access Statements and detailed working drawings.
• Produce and update drawing schedules.
• General project co-ordination and project filing.
• Report regular updates on project development to the project architect.
• Assisting other members of the Design and Technical Department in their day-to-day duties.
• Provision of AutoCAD format drawings.
• Attendance at design coordination meeting.
• Attendance at office, construction and site meetings from time to time.
• Assist with projects as needed and such other duties, reasonably consistent with the foregoing, as may be required.

Requirements

• You will have excellent communication skills and be completely fluent in the English language.
• This includes being able to produce required written documents to a high standard of English.
• You will be proficient with AutoCad.
• Able to use Photoshop and Sketch-Up is preferred, but not essential.
• Your presentation skills will be of an excellent standard.
• You will be a strong communicator, self-motivated, confident with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• You will have an understanding of current Building Regulations.
