Job Title: HR and Communication Specialist

Job Description
The main responsibility of this candidate would be as follows:

Be the contact for all divisional communications
Implement sales campaigns
Participate in project management for fairs and other events
Manage internal communication with the employees and internal company flyer/magazine
Develop digital tools through agencies and use of social media to reach customers
Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including Employer Branding, People Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Diversity, Organizational Change and Development, Leadership & Employee Development, Compensation Planning etc.
Participate in HR cross-business initiatives to maximize organizational effectiveness.
Ensure understanding and adherence to all relevant sustainability goals including high quality reporting and continuous improvements.
Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive business strategy and change management

Expectations

University degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences
HR professional with at least 5 years working experience in an international organisation
Excellent customer orientation and negotiation skills
Outstanding organizational and planning skills
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
Proven knowledge of Industrial Relations
Good understanding of regulatory issues involved in key HR processes
Project management skills
Team player - ability to work with and through others
Employee relations knowledge
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to multi-task and manage diverse teams
Ability to interact across various levels in the organization
