I am strongly convinced that someday in this country it will be the fresh job seekers who will give potential employers some conditions before they apply for the job. This assertion sounds out-of-this world, but let us wait and see. Employers at present are deities while job-seekers appear to them as loathsome beasts. The reverse is imminent. Certificates dont work, it is people that work; age is just a figure what counts is health. What I recommend in the interim is that each one should put on his thinking cap and fashion out how he can be independent, at least to a reasonable degree. Massive recruitment such as these is another guise of massive enslavement. Before you jump into the bandwagon, please think very well.

It has not changed.
The requirements indicate that you think through your anus; simply say, "senators children or those who graduated from private universities" 19+4+1=24. No life experience, just head knowledge. I can't lie about my age. Change is at hand!

Its really amazing just how ridiculous job requirements are getting these days. 24 years for fresh graduates and 26 years for experienced hands. Its not their fault, its the crazy country in which we live in. May God help all of us.

laugh wan kill me. 24yrs!!! its ridiculous, mr recruiter you cant find a canditate of reputable universities like ui,unilag, ife, unaab etc in dis your list and for your information, the crop of graduate from these instituition still remain the best product. my advice for you is to review your age limit, even first bank limit is 26yrs. secondly before of taunting your own brand now, reason being that if you promote job that is no wear to be found, i trust naija, your site or company would so turn to laughing matter.

this is not realistic, this is under the guise to tel government that they are helping to reduce unemployment, whereas, they are complicating issues.

This is surely Access Bank guys. They are utterly ridiculous and have wasted my time (rather sad). Went through their test, interviews (yes) and all I got in the end was: "We'll call you." They never claimed I'd failed. I called repeatedly to know that but I was promised I'd be called "very soon." (I wasn't the only one too) A few were able to go in though, that I should mention here. But be prepared for some 2million naira surety/bond or whatever, plus you cannot leave the Bank within the first 2 years (else you'll pay them!) if you make it through all those really long steps (which I did). You may want to give that a shot. Good luck!
